Collecting Information: We will collect personal information from you when you enquire about our activities, register with us, make a donation to us or otherwise provide us with personal information. We may also receive information about you from other people, if a third party agency refers you to our service, however there is an expectation that this agency discusses this referral with you and obtains your consent prior to submitting the referral to ourselves

Personal Information: The types of personal information collected might include name, date of birth, email address, postal address, telephone number, any additional support need your child may have, the reason for referral and how we may support you.

How do we use this information? We will use your personal information to provide you with the services, or information to support you., and will only be held for as long as deemed necessary and in line with our Data protection policy: storage and retention of records.

Personal Detail Protection: Information that you submit in a referral form is transferred to our secure cloud based recording system. In the first instance on a waiting list record, then to an active caseload record when your allocated worker will record contact notes of the service they have provide to you We also take appropriate measures to ensure that the information we receive is kept secure, accurate and up to date and kept only for so long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is used. All access to our secure server is restricted only to authorised staff.

Legal Compliance: Parent to Parent may need to disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a court order or. In exceptional circumstances, where we think someone is at serious risk of being harmed, we may contact the police or a local authority safeguarding team.

Consent: By providing us with your personal information you consent to the collection and use of that information for the purposes and in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

Website: When someone visits our website we collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of our site. We collect this information in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any personally identifying information from any source. Information collected via our enquiry forms will only be used for the purpose of contacting you to answer your enquiry.
